By creating an account or using GoTextify's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

GoTextify is an AI-powered text extraction platform that allows users to: • Convert PDFs and images into structured text • Extract text from documents using advanced AI models • Process and analyze document content • Store and manage extraction tasks We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

To use our service, you must: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent • Not share your account with others • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

GoTextify operates on a page-based quota system: • Free Plan: 10 pages per month • Paid Plans: Additional pages as per your subscription • Page counts are deducted upon successful conversion • Quotas reset monthly on your billing date • Unused pages do not roll over to the next period Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

You agree NOT to: • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Process copyrighted material without authorization • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI models • Use automated systems to abuse the service • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Share or resell access to the service • Extract or scrape data from our platform Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

You retain ownership of all documents you upload and text extracted from them. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to: • Process your documents using our AI systems • Store your files temporarily for processing • Use anonymized data to improve our models GoTextify and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property. Our AI models, algorithms, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.

We process your documents according to our Privacy Policy: • Files are encrypted during upload and storage • Documents are processed in secure, isolated environments • Temporary files are automatically deleted after processing • We do not use your documents to train public AI models • We comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy.

GoTextify is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind: • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in text extraction • OCR quality depends on document quality and complexity • Service availability is not guaranteed (we aim for 99.9% uptime) • We are not liable for any loss of data or business interruption • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months The service may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to: • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms • Remove content that violates our policies • Terminate service with or without cause Upon termination, your access will cease immediately and all data may be deleted after 30 days.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via: • Email notification • In-app notification • Notice on our website Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France. For users outside France, local laws may also apply.
